While the Conference highlights the best in Catholic thought, at the heart of every gathering is the Eucharist. Multiple Masses of various traditions and rites are offered daily in the Meritage’s Estate Cave or in the resort’s Our Lady of Grapes Chapel. The Napa Institute seeks prayerful excellence in the liturgical life of the Conference by making available the richness and beauty of the Catholic liturgical tradition that spans centuries and continents.

Prayer and Spiritual Direction

At all Napa Institute events, there are numerous opportunities for prayer and reflection each day. With time available to pray the rosary, receive spiritual direction, or spend time in front of the Blessed Sacrament, the chance to renew and strengthen our faith is central to any Napa Institute event.

Our Lord’s presence in the Eucharist is central to everything we do. Each summer conference begins with a Eucharistic procession, and affords the opportunity for adoration and benediction throughout the conference.
