The Napa Institute seeks its next Executive Director to guide the mission of empowering Catholic leaders to renew the Church and transform the culture. This person will have the unique opportunity to work with the Chairman of the Board to oversee the vision, team, and day-to-day functions of the organization as it aims for aggressive growth and increased impact.
